The Observers is comprised of experts drawn from different sectors and provides overall technical support to the project.The strength of the Observers lies in the diversity of sectors and expertise that combined, will provide valuable knowledge and contribute towards fresh ideas and solutions.

 The Observers will review and provide input on the technical designs and solutions that will be developed during the project. They provide technical support and review and discuss the selected recommendations with the project managers.
